• Do not wear sunglasses or hats; forehead and eyebrows must be visible
• Ensure no stray hair covers the face or shows background through hair gaps
• Ensure face is free from long or scattered facial hair

Clothing

• Avoid wearing colors similar to the background; ensure clear contrast between clothing and background
• Avoid semi-transparent, light-reflecting materials, or clothes with face patterns; minimize wrinkles in clothing
• Avoid dense stripes, checks, or polka dot patterns to prevent moiré effects
• Do not wear reflective or green-containing watches, earrings, or other accessories; avoid necklaces or chains

• Maintain stable lighting throughout the recording process, avoiding significant changes

Audio Recording

• Ensure video and audio are synchronized
• Make sure the environment is quiet with no background noise, the subject's voice is clear with no other voice interference, and minimize video background noise
• We recommend using a lavalier microphone or other professional microphones with your camera for recording, as this will significantly reduce background noise and other environmental sounds

Hello, welcome to the Sufy Avatar service. This guide will assist you in collecting the voice for the avatar.

The total audio duration should be between 30 to 120 seconds, with a suggested length of 90 seconds.

Before Recording

Recording Equipment and Software

• It is recommended to use professional recording equipment to record audio. You can download software such as Adobe Audition for recording; if that is not possible, you may also use your mobile phone for recording. Applications like Easy Voice Recorder for iOS and Smart Voice Recorder for Android can be used.
  • Sample Rate: It is recommended to record audio at a sample rate of 48kHz.
  • Bit Depth: Recommended 24 bit or 16 bit.
  • Channel: It is recommended to record audio in mono.
• If you have access to a professional recording studio with a high-fidelity mic, that would be even better.
• Do not wear headphones while recording.

Recording Environment

• The recording environment should be quiet, without echoes, reverberations, or noise. Avoid disturbances such as car horns, conversations, movement, or table noise.
• Avoid recording in large conference rooms or overly empty spaces.
• To ensure data consistency, it is recommended to complete all recordings within the same time frame after setting up the recording environment.
