Sufy adopts a pay-as-you-go billing model, calculating fees based on your actual usage. Additionally, different membership plans provide extra usage credits and price discounts. The complete billing calculation formula is as follows:

Fee = (Usage - Credit Amount) * (Unit Price * Discount Factor)

Billing Cycle

We process and settle the previous month's consumption during the first week of each month. Special cases include:

  • When the bill amount exceeds a specific threshold, the system will settle in advance
  • When the account balance is insufficient, the system will issue a warning notification

Additional Credits

  • Different membership levels provide different amounts of free usage
  • Free credits are deducted first during monthly settlement
  • Unused free credits do not carry over to the next month

  • Discounts are calculated separately for each billing item
  • Additional discounts may be available during special promotions

  • Supports binding credit cards for automatic payment

  • System automatically completes monthly charges

2. Bank Transfer

  • Supports corporate account transfers
  • Supports multi-currency transfers
  • Automatically recharges to Sufy account upon receipt of transfer

3. Other Payment Methods

We are actively expanding more payment channels, including but not limited to:

  • Electronic payment platforms
  • Digital currency payments
  • International payment channels
